Perfect location! It's surrounded by lots of cheap restaurants and it's so close to Akasaka station and Roppongi - it's perfect for a night out at the bars! It also had amenities I had never seen before: a microwave, a perfect face mirror... I was actually pleased with my pick! I recommend it if you plan partying out around Roppongi!

Friendly staff. Close to train stations (although beware the tripping hazard at the 7 exit/entrance to the Akasaka station).
